| Baseball - Participants and fans alike can be found most summer evenings at Veterans Field, the five fields at the Blair Youth Sports Complex or the Dana Baseball Field. Blair’s facilities play host to numerous District, State and Regional tournaments. There are organized leagues for ages 5 through adult. Contact Jim Sandvold 426-4671. | Boating - The Missouri River is alive with recreational boating enthusiasts. Boat launch sites include a public ramp at the Optimist River Park and private facilities at the Cottonwood Marina. |

| Camping - Blair has a city campground, Bob Hardy R.V. Campground, located at 19th and Nebraska. The facilities are equipped with electrical hookups, dump station, showers and restrooms, picnic tables, barbecue grills and playground equipment. Riverland Campgrounds is located at the Cottonwood Marina. Numerous other camping facilities are located within a one hour drive from Blair. |

| Family Recreation - The Blair Family YMCA has an array of programs available for tots through active older adults. There is a gym, community room, indoor swimming pool, weight room and aerobic room available at the YMCA 1278 Wilbur Street. Contact 533-9622. |

| Golf - River Wilds Golf Club is only 5 minutes north of Blair. The eighteen-hole golf course has a course rating of 69.2. A Clubhouse with bar and cooking facilities and cart space is available to members. A dozen other courses are within a 30 minute drive of Blair. Contact the course at 426-2941. |

| Soccer - The 1990-1991 school year was the first year soccer was added to high school sports. Soccer was introduced to Blair in the 1980’s and has simply exploded. We now have five fine new soccer fields at the Youth Sports Complex. Teams for boys and girls are available for ages 4-18. Contact Bill Dawson at 426-8612. |

Softball - Leagues are organized for men and for girls ages 5-18. Three new fields have recently been added to the Youth Sports Complex for girl’s softball. Contact Terri Taylor at 426-5752. |

| Swimming - The Blair Municipal Swimming Pool is located in the Ralph Steyer Park and Arboretum. The Olympic-size pool is also home to the Blair Swim Team, a member of the Tri-County Swim League. Team members range from 6-18. The new Blair Family YMCA also has six-lane lap pool, diving board and zero depth entry area. Both pools are managed by the YMCA. Contact the YMCA @ 533-9622. |

| Tennis - Four lighted tennis courts near the Youth Complex in Stemmerman Park and two courts at Dana are available to the general public. |
